About Onalee Roe
Like you, I am in the process of unfurling-- opening more fully to my whole self and my place in this world, ever growing, changing, learning, and reaching for sunlight. I am an occupational therapist, yoga instructor, author, and someone with many years of experience helping people of all ages and various levels of ability/ disability. I personally identify as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and someone with Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), or as I like to think of it-- sensory super powers! In this work, I incorporate my occupational therapy lens (helping people thrive in their daily activities) and my yoga and mindfulness practices (helping people tune into their bodies, minds, and hearts to become their whole selves), along with my deep love of the natural world (helping people connect with the earth as a means of personal and collective healing). My goal is to help folks love who they are, believe in who they can be, and find their place in this magical experience of life on Earth.

What makes my heart sing:
walks. hikes. quiet time. family. dogs. trees. camping. books. poetry. creating. gathering. laughing. observing. learning. music. movement. deep breaths. forest smells. tea. dreaming and imagining. hugs. connection. plants!
